Information required prior to commencing a business relationship

In the case of all new client companies we will require the following information concerning the beneficial owners:

1.	Full name and / or names used and the reason for any aliases;
2.	Full permanent address, including postal code;
3.	Date and place of birth;
4.	Nationality;
5.	Occupation;
6.	Reason for the establishment of the client company;
7.	Estimated level of turnover expected for the client company and the expected level of activity on / anticipated usage of its bank account;
8.	Source of funds (i.e. generated from what transaction or business) and the source of wealth;

We will also require completion and return of our Instructions to Form a Company and Corporate Administrative Services Agreement.

Full details of the documentary evidence to support the above requirements will be provided to prospective clients.
